Nose
Relatively clean with a very modest intensity, minerality, and a little citrus.

Palate
Full and round in texture with clean juniper notes to start with, alongside angelica. A light and delicate gin in a very classic style, but what is there is good.

Finish
A very pure finish with some residual
alcohol warmth and a pleasant crispness.

Comments
A classic gin – not as bold and flashy as some, but sophisticated in its restraint. An excellent gin for a Martini.

Score

7.2

Nose
A little shy at first but resinous pine and fresh citrus emerge with subtle floral notes and a hint of lemon grass.

Palate
Well rounded and full of ripe fruit, juniper, coriander and creamy vanilla with the added kick of peppery nasturtium.

Finish
Smooth and creamy with a touch of lemon zest and a gentle pepperiness.

Comments
A bold gin, well balanced, which would work well in either a classic
G&T or Dry Martini. Garnish with a slither of ginger or perhaps a nasturtium flower.

Score

8.5
