Caspyn Cornish Gin

Aromatic citrus with complex, spicy coriander followed by warm, mellow tea.
Excellent texture – balanced and smooth – and a little sweetness upfront, followed by some creamy spice and then gradually unfurling petals of citrus.
Fragrant lemongrass with
a touch of ginger and the lingering zest of grapefruit.
A bright and vibrant gin with a marvellous complexity and fabulous mixing potential; superb in a Gin & Tonic or with ginger ale.
Rich and complex with gooseberries, lemons and limes. Some floral notes follow with basil, mint, coriander and grains of paradise.
Full and creamy with a bitter almond edge. Agreeably balanced, slightly herbal with juniper and some citrus fruitiness.
Creamy and gentle with a lingering light fruitiness.
A pleasant drink, mild but full of character. Pair with elderflower tonic or in a Gimlet (two parts gin, lime and soda) garnish with edible flowers and/or a wheel of lime.
