Nose
An intricate array of soft meadow flower, followed by a herbal leafiness and celery.

Palate
Immediately noticeable is how beautifully integrated the gin is: balanced and super-smooth. Gentle, daisy-like floral notes are accompanied by a sweetness, before bolder, drier juniper.

Finish
Zesty coriander and warm orange notes as well as a pinch of spice and more juniper.

Comments
A superbly crafted spirit: complex, balanced; it ticks all of the boxes. Great
to enjoy on the rocks or in a range of
drinks. Wonderful!

9.2

Nose
Earthy and root-like. Angelica and damp forests are followed by nutmeg, liquorice and grains of paradise.

Palate
Thick, oily and powerful, yet subtle in character with juniper, coriander seed, angelica mingling with fresh lime and green herbs.

Finish
A lingering hint of citrus peel and resinous pine, oily and clean if a little short.

Comments
Serve over ice with an aromatic tonic and a twist of lime peel or try in a classic Negroni (equal parts red vermouth, Campari and gin).

8.1
