Scottish gin maker Eden Mill is hosting a virtual tasting and quiz evening in aid of a charity supporting vulnerable young people.
Taking place on Zoom on Thursday 12 November, the tasting session will guide guests through five Eden Mills gins and explain the perfect mixer and garnish pairings for each.
While enjoying a G&T, guests will also discover some fun facts about St Andrews-based Eden Mill, get a snapshot of the history of gin making, and take part in a quick quiz with some exciting prizes up for grabs.
One tasting set can be shared between two people – or saved for one, if you prefer your measures larger! Each set will include five 50ml gins/gin liqueurs, mixers to accompany the gins, and two Eden Mill tulip glasses, and will be couriered to guests ahead of the session.
The price for one tasting set is £50, which includes a donation to the Lord’s Taveners to help support vulnerable, disadvantaged and disabled young people and to combat feelings of isolation and loneliness. Guests must have registered by midnight on Sunday 8 November.
Upon registering, guests receive a welcome email with a link to the Zoom meeting and advice on suggested accompaniments for the tastings, including garnishes and snacks.
