Nose
The soft spiciness of cinnamon sugar, tonka bean and vanilla. Graceful, floral aromas of chamomile, hay and meadowsweet.
Palate
A delightfully silky spirit with plenty of juniper up front: rich and piney. Balanced sweetness and a dusting of cinnamon notes along with a delicate, fresh leafiness.
Finish
The sweetness subsides to leave a dry finish with notes of flaked almonds and a little pepper.
Comments
An elegant gin with fruity and floral characteristics that would make a smashing Bramble.

Nose
This reminds me of a little cake I once ate during an afternoon tea, with a honey sponge and dried flowers on top.
Palate
The honey continues gently, adding in a little chamomile tea to bring out the earlier floral notes. There’s a creaminess to this that reminds me of the centre of a custard cream biscuit.
Finish
The honey and creamy sweetness start to dissipate, but leave a delicious dry finish.
Comments
I might go for this in a sweet little Bee’s Knees.
