Nose
Full, plump and fruity: succulent berries and plumy red fruit, before zesty citrus. Innovative and exciting.
Palate
Notably smooth in texture with well-integrated alcohol. Rich and complex citrus notes on the palate with lemon, lime and an aromatic leafininess; rousing and refreshing.
Finish
Juniper comes up on the finish, crisp and resinous, and stays for a long time.
Comments
A very versatile gin that, given its bright citrus, makes it a guaranteed crowd-pleaser – would make a tip-top Gin & Tonic.

Nose
Oh boy, this is packed full of flavour from the off, think black forest gateau fruit. Big and bold, with a creamy edge and a little lime goodness.
Palate
The richness from the nose is still here, but now is giving more time to a rising current of citrus, leading with fresh lime. The initial fruit-packed nose subsides, giving way to the traditional notes of piney juniper.
Finish
Rich juniper and a hint of that citrus for a deliciously long finish.
Comments
The gateau notes from the nose are making me crave this in a bramble.
