Nose
An array of delicate, sweet floral aromas: daisies, chamomile and waxy meadowsweet; really reminiscent of a summer garden.
Palate
A light sweetness with notes of vanilla and the gentle spiciness of cassia mixed with a fresh leafiness and a little floral meadowsweet.
Finish
A gently increasing alcohol heat combined with lingering, oily citrus.
Comments
A fresh, fun and floral gin with lots of personality. A solid option for a Gin & Tonic, perhaps using an elderflower tonic.
Score
8.5

Nose
This is a real mixture of light notes on the nose, predominantly floral, like wildflowers on the forest floor on a summer’s day.
Palate
Intriguing, the florality is met by strong juniper, as you might expect, followed by dried fruit and caraway seed.
Finish
This is a bit of a grower, with citrus and gentle heat making itself known for a while.
Comments
I enjoy the delicacy of this gin, so I’d like to open it up in a G&T.
