Nose
Exotic notes of chocolate-covered candied stem ginger with oily and aromatic citrus notes.
Palate
A thick, silky texture that coats the mouth. Plenty of ginger up front, as well as lemongrass and citrus peel. A slight, sweet creaminess develops with hints of vanilla and some chocolate.
Finish
A long, lingering finish of leafy citrus and lemon verbena.
Comments
A rich and indulgent gin that is quite sippable on its own, but would also make a smashing Martini with a twist of lemon thrown in.

Nose
This is really intriguing. A mouth-watering citrus wrapped up in a chocolate parcel – think along the lines of whipping the lid off a fancy selection box of milk chocolates.
Palate
The rich chocolatey notes are still there, giving real body to the mouthfeel of this gin. Then it’s time for a cup of honey and ginger tea with a slice of lemon.
Finish
The slice of lemon takes over here, providing a long finish.
Comments
A really intriguing take; I would almost feel guilty adding something to it.
