Nose
Plump notes of orange peel with spicy coriander and a little hint of lemongrass.

Palate
Superb in texture with a delicate sweetness and silky mouthfeel. Light, leafy citrus flavours are accompanied by classic juniper notes and a pleasant oiliness.

Finish
Stalky, leafy flavours, highlighted by light, sweet rooty notes of orris and angelica and just a tickle of alcohol heat.

Comments
A lovely example of a classic gin with plenty of intensity; this has great versatility when it comes to mixing.

Score

8.8

Nose
A face-full of pine – not overwhelming though as it’s complemented by the freshness of citrus.

Palate
The citrus is coming from freshly picked oily oranges, which is honestly delightful. The pine remains with a little sweetness, met by warming hits of orris.

Finish
There is a slight bittersweet citrus note to round it out – the warmth doesn’t linger for too long though.

Comments
You could have a lot of fun with this, get your friends together and each pick a cocktail to test it with.

Score

8.6
