Nose
Strawberry and lemon with some juniper. An indulgent nose that tempts you to keep sipping.
Palate
A great balance between juniper, strawberry and malty base spirit notes. Floral notes of coriander neatly complement the strawberry flavour; the crisp, slightly tart nature of the berries really comes through.
Finish
Floral fruit with a touch of vanilla and black pepper.
Comments
A particularly well-balanced flavoured gin that would be wonderful in a Gin Collins.
Score
8.9

Nose
An initial spritz of citrus hits the nose from the off, followed up by a light and bright fruity sweetness.
Palate
The sweet fruit becomes richer with freshly chopped strawberries. It reminds me of the topping on a fresh fruit tartlet, met with a little prickly warmth of light spice and some fragrant juniper rounding it out.
Finish
The juniper lingers long after the early freshness takes its leave of absence.
Comments
The perfect addition to a summer picnic cocktail. I’m thinking a fruity gin smash.
