It’s the August Bank Holiday weekend – in the UK, our final chance to indulge in a three-day weekend until December – so we’ve gone for something a bit special for this week’s cocktail. The Clover Club, featuring Bloom Gin, has more than a hint of summer about it with peach and raspberry flavours and, if you’re so inclined, a pretty floral garnish. Enjoy!
Ingredients
- 40ml Bloom Premium London Dry Gin
- 15ml peach liqueur
- 25ml lemon juice
- 20ml raspberry syrup
- 1 egg white
Method
Crack and separate the egg into a cocktail shaker. Add all the other ingredients and shake well. Strain into a coupette glass and garnish with an edible flower.
