With temperatures set to get rise across the UK this weekend, we’ve got a frozen delight as your Cocktail of the Week. This fruity little number uses Greenall’s gin, berry purées and rosé wine. It’s blended with plenty of ice and served long to create a cooling, summery treat on a hot day. Someone pass us the cocktail umbrellas!
Wild Berry Frosé
Ingredients
- 50ml Greenall’s Wild Berry
- 20ml lemon juice
- 10ml raspberry purée
- 10ml strawberry purée
- 30ml simple syrup
- 65ml rosé wine
Method
Blend all ingredients with ice until smooth granita texture is achieved and pour into a large highball, hurricane or sling glass. Garnish with a strawberry fan.
