Summer is underway, and what better way to start your (hopefully) sunny weekend than with a new cocktail recipe? This one from Bloom Gin combines sweet, fruity flavours with sharp lemon and their classic London Dry Gin. Simple, but delicious – best enjoyed outdoors in the sunshine.
- 40ml Bloom London Dry Gin
- 15ml peach liqueur
- 25ml lemon juice
- 20ml raspberry syrup
- 1 egg white
- Edible flower, to garnish (optional)
Crack and separate the egg into a cocktail shaker. Add all the other ingredients and shake well, before straining into a coupette glass. Garnish with an edible flower.
