This quintessential summer serve from Opihr Gin brings together Moroccan coriander, tropical pineapple, and mint, served over crushed ice. We’ve been told that the scents are reminiscent of the buzzing bars above the Marrakesh souks; what better way to imagine yourself somewhere hot and sunny than with a cocktail in hand?
- 60ml Opihr Spiced Gin
- 25ml pineapple syrup
- 15ml lime juice
- 50ml Soda water
- Sprig of mint leaves
- Sprig of coriander leaves
Build over crushed ice and churn. Top with soda water and garnish with a mint sprig. Serve in a highball glass.
