- 35ml Opihr Spiced Gin
- 15ml Rosemary syrup
- 50ml Pink grapefruit soda
- 50ml Sparkling wine
- Grapefruit wedge to garnish
Build in a wine glass with ice and mix. Garnish with a grapefruit wedge.
