This week’s cocktail is one for sitting out in the garden with on a summer’s afternoon, and combines two of Britain’s favourite drinks: gin, and tea. With the weather slowly turning warmer and flowers beginning to bloom, we can start to look ahead to better times — and do so with a glass of this fruity, floral, tea-infused cocktail in our hand.

- 45ml Bloom Gin
- 20ml Rose liqueur
- 15ml Lemon juice
- 15ml Hibiscus syrup
- 35ml English breakfast tea
- Strawberries, to garnish
Brew the tea with 35ml boiling water and stand for 3 minutes. Combine with all other ingredients and shake over ice. Strain into a rocks glass and garnish with strawberries.
