Bethany Whymark Cocktails Gin

Cocktail of the week

Spring is continuing its advance and changing our landscape, with flowers blooming and leaves returning to the trees.

This week’s cocktail is in-keeping with this spirit of green shoots, new life and the lusciousness of nature.

This King of the Hill recipe, courtesy of Slingsby Gin, combines beautifully fresh spring flavours of gooseberry and elderflower and when mixed creates a juicy, refreshing drink that would be a perfect fit for a warm spring or early summer’s day.

It’s inspired by lush green mountains and hillsides, with the addition of tropical fruits transporting you to warmer climes while you sip. Enjoy!
