Our first recipe comes from award-winning tonic and mixer brand Double Dutch, and is their mouthwatering, citrusy twist on a classic Gin and Tonic. The ingredients you’ll need are as follows:

50ml Citrus Gin

Double Dutch Indian Tonic Water

A wedge of pink grapefruit

Simply mix, garnish, and you’re away.

Due Diligence

Due Diligence

This cocktail from Absolut Vodka mixes flavours old and new, to make a truly tempting drink. For this you’ll need:

2 parts Absolut Elyx

1 part Elderflower Liqueur

1 part lemon juice

1 pinch dill

2 parts tonic water

Cucumber slices

Muddle the cucumber, swizzle with crushed ice, top with the tonic and garnish with more cucumber slices. This would work equally well with vodka or gin.

Again, this is a fairly simple one: mix, with plenty of ice, and garnish with raspberries and a twist of lemon peel.
