Bombay Sapphire’s first flavoured gin is here

Bombay Sapphire has announced the release of its first flavoured gin, inspired by an eponymous fruity gin cocktail.

Bombay Bramble sees the UK brand’s premium vapour-distilled gin macerated with fresh raspberries and blackberries. It contains no added sugar and no artificial colours or flavourings.

Ivano Tonutti, Bombay Sapphire’s master of botanicals, said: “Launching a flavoured expression was always going to take time as it’s important that the taste experience comes purely from natural botanicals and ingredients.”

Victoria Morris, global VP at Bombay Sapphire, said: “Bombay Bramble highlights our own unique approach to the gin category. We have focused on creating a gin that challenges what is possible for a flavoured and coloured expression. The result is a sophisticated, naturally flavoured gin that answers consumer demand whilst staying true to the core credentials of our brand’s global mission to ‘Stir Creativity’, with a well-balanced gin that inspires cocktail experimentation.”

Bombay Bramble is available at Sainsbury’s and Tesco stores with a recommended sale price of £23 and will be available in the on-trade, including at Greene King venues, from March.
