Nose
Rich and juicy with an array of hedgerow fruit: blackcurrant, blackberry and raspberry.

Palate
Blackberry jam with lemon and a touch of raspberry ripple ice cream. A splash of juniper is followed by rich, creamy vanilla and notes of crystallised violets.

Finish
Delicate and perfumed on the finish with notes of hibiscus and rose and a minimal alcohol warmth.

Comments
A fun and fruity gin that would be delightful in a Bramble or mixed with lemon tonic for a crisp, refreshing long drink.

8.8

Nose
Oh my, I like this already. Think dark forest gateau-style rich fruitiness.

Palate
This is punchy and rich from the off. The dark fruits are holding their own, with strong raspberry and blackberry tang to complement the juniper. There’s something a little contradictory here… fennel maybe? I wasn’t expecting it but I’m not mad about it either.

Finish
Far gentler than I was expecting, fruity and lingering.

Comments
This is a bit of a party in a bottle. I’d like to make it last a while in a gin and tonic.
