Nose
A blooming bouquet of fruity floral notes and the lemon and ginger aromas of lemongrass.
Palate
A delightful, creamy texture with rich vanilla notes followed by a bright burst of lemongrass. This is accompanied by other classic gin flavours such as juniper, coriander and orange. A superbly soft mouthfeel.
Finish
The floral characteristics come through: rose and honeysuckle with a dash of lemon verbena.

A contemporary, citrus-forward gin with a playful liveliness.

Nose
Floral and bursting with citrus notes, I can already feel this setting off my hay fever symptoms.
Palate
That citrus note is great, approaching the lime side of life which works beautifully with those floral notes and a gentle current of juniper that keeps running throughout.
Finish
Although creamy and smooth, there’s warming spice there which is rounded out by a rose bush.

This was a joy and the perfect springtime gin. I’d be intrigued to give this a little try in an Aviation cocktail.
