Nose
Soft, malty notes join aromas of teacakes, buttered toast and jam sandwiches.
Palate
Exceptionally smooth with a plump fruitiness to start: strawberry, raspberry, plum and cherry. Notes of sourdough bread follow with a slight yeastiness before spicier notes of coriander and cracked black pepper.
Finish
A gradually building, warming glow. Lingering notes of dark chocolate biscuits and coffee.

A warming, but pleasant spirit with a robust flavour profile.

Imagine you’ve just walked into a grain store on a warm summer’s day, dry and grainy with juniper and freshly baked bread.
Palate
The grainy flavours follow through, but now we get an introduction to fruit. Light citrus zest and rich red berries pair perfectly with the strong rye notes.
Finish
This packs a bit more of a punch in the heat department than you’d think. Just the right amount.
