Nose
Floral and fruity with aromas of Turkish delight, a zing of lime and succulent watermelon sorbet, before a hint of vanilla cake batter.
Palate
Soft sweetness is nicely balanced by the other elements of the gin: creamy spice such as nutmeg and cinnamon, followed by the freshness of cut watermelon.
Finish
A bright, zesty finish with lemon, lime and a hint of grapefruit. A lingering spiciness of cardamom and ginger.
Comments
A lovely example of a flavoured gin. A fine choice for a Gin & Tonic.

Nose
Fresh – that punchy lime is making the sides of my tongue water, really nicely balanced with delicate juicy watermelon.
Palate
I’m craving Turkish delight. Like biting into a slice of watermelon before that zesty lime cuts right through and stops everything becoming too sweet.
Finish
I like that there is some light spice cutting through these strong fruity flavours. It’s a bit special.
Comments
I’d like to knock this up into a bit of a punch, ready for those summer picnics I’m already craving!
