Rich, creamy spice notes of ginger, cardamom, cassia, and nutmeg. Vanilla and lovely pine aromas.
Soft and silky, with cereal, chocolate, and malt balls, then orange and coriander. Leafy juniper and gradually building intensity of flavour.
A bold finish with black pepper and menthol notes of grains of paradise.
Great complexity and progression of flavour that lingers on the palate and leaves you wanting more. A handsome choice for a Gin Tonic.
Classic citrus notes with smoke.
Initial notes run along the lines of a classic gin – citrus, juniper and earthy angelica. Citrus and spice then comes through more pronounced with lemon and pink grapefruit. A peated note adds a subtle smoke that binds things nicely.
Earthiness from the peat and juniper holds this all together.
Really admirable complexity of spirit. Flavours stand out individually and then compliment the next. Top stuff and why not just enjoy it neat.
