Plump strawberries, tart raspberries and redcurrants, creamy vanilla then lemon and gentle pine.
Strawberry, followed by the classic angelica. This moves onto citrus of lemon and orange before returning to berries.
Delicate floral notes of vanilla, blossom and rose are joined by a lingering note of strawberry and a gentle, fruity tartness.
A sterling flavoured gin. The strawberry character is clear and authentic, but the botanical integrity of the gin remains.
Strawberry ice-cream, the ones made with real cream and studded with bits of fruit. A lemon note. Runny honey on toast.
Fresh strawberry and juniper forward, with a salty note immediately following this up. Once this savoury note passes the strawberries remain with lemon.
Back to the strawberry ice-creams from the nose.
Great handling of delicate flavours. Choose a lighter tonic that won’t overpower the gin, or if you’re feeling fancy, mix into a Clover Club.
