Nose
Aromatic chamomile with creamy mint notes reminiscent of butter mints and mint toffees.
Palate
Clean, with a thick, viscous texture that is accompanied by notes of fresh mint, pine, and some gradually-building menthol pepper.
Finish
Juniper notes are accompanied by a lot of fresh pepper and spearmint, making this very cooling and long-lasting.
Comments
Unusual with a unique flavour profile. This may limit its mixing potential, but it’d be fantastic in a Gin Julep or an Alexander.

Nose
Herbal with rosemary and mint, which hints at savoury notes. It’s lifted up by the presence of juniper in the wings.
Palate
Juniper and the savoury notes from the nose work in tandem. A peppery note builds up, along with something more floral. There’s an earthiness that works well with the spicier notes.
Finish
More pepper, mint and earthiness.
Comments
Different and interesting. I’d love to see a bartender use this, but I’m inclined to try with elderflower tonic and see if that draws out lighter notes.
