Nose
Wow. This is something else. Honeyed citrus. Orange fields and warm sunshine (if that has an aroma?)

Palate
Juniper and orange – both the flesh and zest. Warm french toast with a tasty honey on top. A smattering of vanilla for good measure.

Finish
Little reminiscent of watery orange squash.

Comments
Really something! Like a glass full of boozy oranges. There’s enough juniper acting as a backbone to make this standup as a G&T, while I’d love to try in a Negroni.

Score

8.9

Nose
This is seriously zesty, it slightly reminds me of sipping on a can of Orangina as a kid on family holidays. A little spice at the end there.

Taste
The orange zest is still very much at the fore, with a sugary sweetness taking over and coating the mouth and leaves you with that post-cough sweet sugary feeling on the tongue.

Finish
Warming, with that spice coming back in to round it off.

Comments
Really sweet and fruity, perfect to crack out at a summer party.

Score

8.7
