Nose
Gets the crowd on their feet instantly. Floral, with cherry blossom, elderflower and red berries. A floral paradise.

Palate
Juniper makes its presence felt early on and balances with the sweeter elements from the nose. Develops citrus, although this is underpinned by sweeness. Green tea.

Finish
Green tea, balanced with citrus.

Comments
The nose is special, but not all of the notes come through. Makes a cracking G&T. I’d love to give it a go with an elderflower tonic.

Score

7.9

Nose
Strongly juniper based, I’m not entirely sure what to expect next, but I think that it’s going to be a floral and fruity.

Taste
Intensity hits on the palate, the botanical hit is definitely still there, there’s kick to it hitting the back of my throat, followed by a mixture of fresh citrus and light spice.

Finish
Smooth spice hit remains, but above all incredibly smooth.

Comments
A really vibrant gin, perhaps calmed a little with the addition of  some tonic.

Score

7.6
