Bursts of citrus and juniper. These part to a honeyed note.
Orange and lemon work together to lead with citrus, before something herbal – perhaps coriander.
Gone before you know it. This thrives with tonic, which jolts it to life a little, delivering a refreshing citrus not dissimilar to those fizzy Refresher sherbets.
Doesn’t welcome you in with open arms. Hard to look past a gin and tonic, which once poured out proves a refreshing, summery, number.
The nose on this is packed full of rich and spicy punch. That is quickly replaced by citrus and a fresh hit, like walking through a pine forest first thing.
The initial mouthfeel is silky smooth and with an obvious juniper hit and remaining citrus. That freshness is still there and leaves you with a nicely cleansed palate.
It get’s pretty dry in there at the end, but the citrus is back..
Fresh and relatively punchy, helped by a little tonic.
