Nose
Bold, floral and slightly stalky, like a vase of freshly-cut flowers.
Taste
Sweet rose to start, followed by lemon balm, verbena, and lemongrass. A particularly complex and multi-layered flavour profile.
Finish
More leafy citrus along with warm cedar and a touch of zest.
Comments
A powerful gin with plenty of character and ability to stand up to mixing; lovely in a Negroni.
Score
8.2

Nose
Hugely herbaceous with mint, parsley, thyme, rosemary and sage along with a touch of savoury fennel. A whiff of citrus surfaces, along with sweet liquorice and honeysuckle.
Palate
Bold and oily with all the herbal elements bursting through with a bite of citrus and warm, peppery spice. Earthy flavours follow.
Finish
Warm and spicy with tangy orange and sweet stone fruits.
Comments
Easy to like. Would pair well with a Mediterranean tonic as well as classic light tonics.
