Nose
Fragrant and vivacious on the nose with bright lemon, sweet anise and a gentle, green leafiness.

Taste
Very zesty to start: a mix of lemon and orange zest makes this crisp, but with a nice marmalade sweetness, too.

Finish
More citrus on the finish, but the flavours move towards the more floral aspects of mandarin and satsuma.

Comments
Bright and fruity – a lovely choice for a Martini or a White Lady.

Nose
Strong and hugely herbal with fresh citrus fruits. Chamomile, jasmine, lavender, parsley and coriander seed mingle with oranges and peaches.

Palate
A powerful and rich combination of all the above flavours.

Finish
The stone fruits and citrus notes overlay a spicy base of nutmeg, ginger and five spice. Long and rich.
