Nose
Soft and elegant with wisps of spice – cassia and nutmeg – and just a hint of chocolate orange.
Palate
A superb texture, that is thick and coats the mouth. Notes of cinnamon are accompanied by menthol pepper and bright citrus, which adds balance.
Finish
Dry and crisp, with juniper, angelica, and a residual sparkle of citrus.
Comments
A well-balanced gin with good complexity, well-suited to a host of mixed drinks.

Clean, fresh and balanced with citrus fruits – oranges and grapefruit – plus pine needles, lemongrass and a hint of honeysuckle.
Palate
A fairly complex and refreshing mouthful of fresh, crisp fruit salad. Citrus fruits are still at the fore, topped with a pleasant, tingling peppery warmth.
Finish
All of the above lingers in balance.

This would make a refreshing G&T (with plain or flavoured tonic) and work equally well in a classic Dry Martini.
