Throughout December, we have been taking part in Ginvent on Instagram, which has provided us with the perfect opportunity to have a little play around with some classic cocktails.
The Boulder Ginskey Barrel Aged Gin seemed like the perfect substitute for whisky in our Gin Sour – especially when you take into consideration that it has a reputation as a botanical bourbon.
50ml Boulders Barrel Aged Gin
20ml lemon juice
20ml simple syrup
1 egg white
Orange to garnish
Add a handful of ice to your cocktail shaker, along with all of the ingredients and shake hard for 20-30 seconds.
Strain the mix into a glass filled with ice, garnish with a twist of orange and enjoy!
