Nose
Vivacious and aromatic with complex, herbaceous notes of sage, basil
and rosemary.

Palate
A beautiful texture: silky, with a slightly chocolatey nature. An array of bright lime and coriander notes develop, along with a little ginger and cinnamon spice.

Finish
Green pine with some menthol pepper notes, as well as a touch of sweet heather.

Comments
A complex and engaging spirit that would shine in almost any gin drink; I’d love to try it in a Negroni.

Score

8.9

Nose
Resinous juniper, pine leaves and frankincense jump out with rosemary, thyme, lemon mint and lavender.

Palate
Mouth-watering, with citrus oils and a complex, tongue tickling mix of gentle but warm spices – grains of paradise, coriander seed, cubeb berries and black pepper.

Finish
Long, slightly sweet and lingering with lime juice and lemon sherbet.

Comments
A robust traditional style gin, that will stand proud in a G&T. Opt for a light or aromatic tonic.

9.0
