The bittersweet gin aperitif.

The bittersweet gin aperitif.


  • Ice
  • 25ml dry gin (ideally one with a bold character; herbaceous gins work
    really well)
  • 25ml red vermouth
  • 25ml Campari
  • Garnish with a slice of orange or pink grapefruit


Add ingredients to a rocks glass and stir, before serving with a small swizzle stick.
