Possibly the world’s most controversial cocktail – shaken or stirred?
Ingredients
- Ice
- 50ml dry gin (ideally 45-47% ABV)
- 10ml dry vermouth
- Garnish with an olive or lemon twist
Method
Add ingredients to a mixing glass (or the bottom half of a cocktail shaker) and gently stir for 60 seconds to ensure the drink is properly mixed. Strain into a chilled Martini glass. Trust me, chilling the glass is well worth it!
